Body Recovery Manikin
We have been previously asked if our water rescue manikins will sink for body recovery training but they perform that well it was impossible to get them to sink!
As such we have developed out new Body Recovery Manikin which is aimed primarily at Police Underwater Rescue Teams for the recovery of bodies from lakes, canals, rivers etc.
The manikins have a dry weight of 50Kg out of the water and will sink quickly to the desired position; the closed cell foam adds to the buoyancy, giving a weight of 10Kg in the water which is a realistic weight of a body in the water. They are supplied complete with Wellington boots and protective overalls which greatly protect the manikin and are user-replaceable if damaged.
